This app is good for morning, evening stretches and workouts. It demonstrate the workout and count down.

I couldn't do all the exercises, due to I have Lupus and Total Left and Right Both Knees and Hip surgery. It's hard for me to do knee/ leg exercises. The ones I can do, I do extras on those. In all I Love the FREE APP !!! People with Disability shouldn't have to pay for exercises they can't do. Again thanks for the FREE APP.

More than I expected, very convenient and not hard to do. I'm not able to stand long so all my exercises I did in my chair and if I must say it went very well. Thank you for bringing this workout to my home, that made it so convenient do, to the fact that I'm disable, Thanks again
